OpenAI Reportedly Planning Huge Data Center in UAE

So, hear this! OpenAI, like, the ChatGPT folks, are apparently thinking about helping build a HUGE new data center over in the UAE. Bloomberg News apparently spilled the beans on Friday, saying it might end up being one of the absolute biggest in the whole wide world.
The word on the street, according to this report and some people who supposedly know stuff, is that the ChatGPT maker will probably be one of the main renters at this massive 5-gigawatt place in Abu Dhabi. That's a lot of power, right?
Now, it's not totally official yet, and maybe they'll announce something soon. The report says it's not all locked in, but it could be coming. OpenAI didn't say anything back right away when Reuters asked them about it, so idk.
Oh, and get this, the UAE and the US just signed a deal on Thursday. Like, they agreed the Gulf country would build the biggest AI campus anywhere outside the US. So, maybe this data center thing ties into that? It's all pretty interesting to think about, isn't it?
