Skyworks Gets New Temporary Finance Chief After Unexpected Change

So guess what? Skyworks Solutions, you know, the company that makes those chips for Apple and other folks, just shuffled some things around. They were gonna have a new finance boss, Mark Dentinger, starting soon, on June 2nd actually. But turns out, he's not gonna be joining because of a medical thing. Bummer, right?
So, Skyworks brought in Robert Schriesheim as the temporary finance chief. He's been on their board since way back in 2006, and he knows his stuff with software, communications, and chips. They're looking for someone permanent now though.
This all comes after Skyworks had some pretty good news earlier this month. They said they expect to make more money and profit in the next few months than what the experts on Wall Street thought. That's a good sign that people are still buying their chips, even with all the trade stuff going on.
They're thinking they'll bring in between 920 million and 960 million bucks in the next quarter. The middle of that range is even higher than the 922 million analysts were predicting. And for profit, they're guessing they'll make about $1.24 per share, which is more than the $1.06 expected.
It makes you wonder, how long do you think it'll take them to find a permanent finance chief?
