Skyworks Solutions Gets Interim Finance Chief After Change

Hey, so check it out, big news over at Skyworks Solutions. You know, the company that makes those chips for Apple and other folks? Well, their planned new finance boss, Mark Dentinger, isn't actually joining them. Totally bummer, right?
Apparently, he had a medical thing come up, so he couldn't start on June 2nd like they originally said. That's gotta be a tough situation.
So, for now, Skyworks is bringing in Robert Schriesheim to step in as the temporary finance chief. He's already been on their board since way back in 2006, and he knows his stuff when it comes to tech, like software, communication, and chips. So, at least they got someone experienced to fill in while they look for a permanent person.
This all comes after they recently said they think they'll make more money and profit next quarter than what everyone else was guessing. That's pretty cool, showing that even with all the trade stuff going on, people still need their chips. They're expecting sales between $920 million and $960 million, which is higher than the $922 million analysts thought. And they think they'll make about $1.24 per share in profit, which is also better than the $1.06 estimates. Good news for them, I guess!
